| Membership |
| 1.
Unauthorized Use of Card |
| Any
misrepresentation or fraudulent use of the
membership identification card(s) shall be
severely sanctioned by the Club. |
| The
member(s) whose membership card(s) have been
used in fraud by their guest(s) will automatically
lose the membership privileges and will therefore
be expelled from the Club. |
| The
guest(s) on the other hand, will be prohibited
from entering the Club's premises and will
not be allowed to use any of the Club's facilities. |
| 2.
Gambling |
| Board
Resolution No. ERGCCI 04/IV - 01 prohibits
the use of the Locker Rooms or any of the
facilities within the premises of the Club
as a place for gambling. |
| 3.
Food and Beverages |
| Members
and guests are not allowed to bring into the
Club premises or consume any food purchased
outside the Club except for special dietary
or medical reason. |
| Beverages
may be brought into the premises and consumed
at the Club outlets, however, the Club will
charge corkage fee, which is equivalent to
fifty percent (50%) of the Club's selling
price of that beverage. |
| The
Club shall observe all laws of the Philippines
concerning the sale and consumption of alcoholic
beverages. All alcoholic beverages consumed
or otherwise possessed within the Club premises
must be sold by and purchased at the Club. |
| Club
staff may deny any member or guest continued
service if they are already intoxicated. Responsible
alcohol management is strictly implemented
in all F&B outlets. |
| 4.
Members' Photos |
| Members
are required to present any valid identification
card (i.e. driver's license, passport, PRC)
should there be no member's photo on file
in our database. |

| 1.
ERGCC Car Stickers |
| Members
with ERGCC car stickers may pass through Orchard
Golf & Country Club via Salitran Road
or Aguinaldo Highway. |
